Wye Marsh Wildlife Centre
Our Spring & Summer Canoe Program gives people
a chance to experience a wetland in an interesting and
enjoyable manner.
Wye Marsh educators will lead groups through the marsh
channels in a 24 foot canoe. Participants partake in
light paddling while the guide navigates and points
out some of the natural features of one of nature most
productive ecosystems.
No experience needed!
Join us at Wye Marsh on the weekends in May and June
for a guided canoe along the marsh channels and learn
about the environment that surrounds us. In July and
August both will run daily along with our exciting summer
programs.
Times are as follows: Canoes Tours
9:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:00 pm, and 3:30 pm
Guided Walks 10:00 am, 11:30 am, 1:00 pm, 2:30 pm, and
4:00 pm
Guided Walks are included with general admission and
Canoe Tours are $6.00 plus GST extra per person |
