Inaugural Think-Tank May 26th, 'The Environmental Cocktail
Party and Eco-Centricity' E'Terra is celebrating "Living
and Building Healthy" at their Grand Opening Gala Event
Friday, May 25th, 2007 where Canadian Green Building Council
will present E'Terra's builder/owner Laurie Adams the LEED
Gold NC Award as well as Certificate of Recognition by Mr.
Peter Love of the Conservation Bureau. Saturday, May 26th
is E'Terra's inaugural Think-Tank, discussing 'The Environmental
Cocktail Party and Eco-Centricity' with distinctive participants
asking 'Are we compromising our health to reduce CO(2) and
energy use?' The weekend events include tours of E'Terra,
interpretive hikes, basecamp luncheon on the shores of Georgian
Bay, and evening barbecue. Chef John Baby and Company, sharing
similar philosophy with E'Terra, is providing fresh market
organic cuisine. E'Terra is designed as a prototype with sustainable
environmental concepts that can be applied to every home,
office building, and school enhancing human health that otherwise
deteriorates in current building environments. E'Terra has
achieved several accolades and awards successfully creating
an environment that resonates at our own cellular level. Future
plans are to create a foundation to extend E'Terra for larger
groups, namely students and their educators dedicated to ecological
learning and good health. Laurie Adams is a Director on the
Bruce Peninsula Biosphere Association in the UNESCO Niagara
Escarpment World Biosphere Reserve. Previously, was a member
of the Canadian Green Building Council, a Director of the
